Pretty good selection of food and decent flavor. Waiters are your typical waiters in the food and service industry. Times we been there had no issue with them. Could be a bit more clean, when wiping tables off appears they don’t use any disinfectant or cleaner, not only that but one big issue is as saw a cockroach in one of the plate holders: could not take a pic because I didn’t have my phone on me.

My family and I went here for the Valentine’s Day dinner and it was horrible. Food was either undercooked or overcooked, you had to clean your own plate because there wasn’t a clean one in the restaurant. Several people complaining about it. A few bites of food and we couldn’t even do it. We decided to leave and find something else to eat. Oh and to make it much better my bill for 2 adults and 3 kids was $125. Definitely save your money this place needs an health department inspection!

Restaurant moderately busy on Saturday night at 7:50 p.m. They were out of many items. Staff said, it was because, it was busy. Not true! They were tearing everything down and cleaning. Not making new food. Everything was Ice cold. There was nothing in the steam section, little to no sushi and lots of empty items. If they are going to start cleaning up between 8:00 and 8:30 when they're open till 9:30. They should not be charging $20 per person. This was very disappointing. Will not be returning and they don't care. I mentioned this to the cashier and the excuse was, busy tonight, busy tonight. Charged me about $23 for absolutely nothing. Customer services are not existent at these buffets.

The fact I had an 84$ check, was zero issue.(even though the food is by no means worth that. The issue I had was the fact the waitress was DEMANDING I give her 98$ instead of the 84 dollars.. never do I ever have a problem leaving a tip. I was paying my bill, while my children still ate. Then like most humans do you after everyone has ate and your preparing to leave you set your tip down. That's not what the waitress wanted. She wanted that tip right then. Slamming her hand on the bill telling me to give her this amount. No ma'am, I will not. And because of that display. She did not get a single extra cent out of me. If I was her waitress and did that, how would that make me look! it wouldn't be acceptable in an average restaurant..

Best buffet honest. You have a wide selection of really delicious fresh food. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is great. The price is also good. I love coming here. It is a very versatile option if you eat with pickier eaters. Definitely the best Chinese buffet in southern NY
