Le Zin's A L'etape Gourmande

This place is great. Fsulous good and service. We had the lobster with butter and shallot sauce, wow!

This is a small family owned restaurant with the chef and the kitchen and his wife serving the dining area, 10-15 tables at most. The atmosphere is familial and friendly. The food served here is authentic, homemade and very good. The menu changes regularly and follows the instincts of the chef and the availability of the season. We recently had wild game (perdreaux) which was excellent, hard to find elsewhere and a welcome departure from the bland chicken served everywhere. The restaurant is a little bit out of the way from the center of Versailles but the detour is well worth it.

Always as nice to have dinner at Mr Zinsmeister's. The choice of dishes is varied and the kitchen is simply delicious. A very beautiful wine map is offered, you must enjoy it! Very good evening.
