Spark Community Cafe - Versailles

Spark Community Café is an amazing experience. The concept behind Spark is totally community-driven, from the procurement of ingredients to their mission to help sub-resourced. The atmosphere is alive, open and friendly. It is clear that the employees really believe in the community-driven mission. They were very friendly and friendly. My wife and I had the Spark Burger. I can say without a doubt that it was the best burger I ever had. The burger was well seasoned and cooked for perfection. If you're here, get the cookies. Cookies are the best of all times. There were only two problems I had with the food in the Spark, they are too far away for me to go regularly and I want their cookie recipe.

Spark was our Catererer for my daughter wedding rehearsal dinner and reception. I wish I could give a 10-star rating. The Spark team from Kyle Fannin to Chef Isaiah, Koch Antwon and the many spark volunteers made our event so unforgettable. Each one of our guests razed over their meals. Everything was delicious and nicely plated. My daughter did not want the traditional wedding cake she wanted cupcakes, cook Isaiah made her dream come true and created a small cake for the bride and the bridegroom to keep traditional living and then several tens of cupcakes. Absolutely incredible service and delicious food! Spark organized a 20 post wedding party I was part of Sunday after the wedding and made it very special for all of us. The cook even sent slices of cheesecake after dinner for the bride and groom. And every single dish was made clear with the freshest, best ingredients.

Woody and I ate in the Spark today after Kyle convinced us this morning on the peasant market. Everyone said it was fabulous and it was! The Cobb Salad and Eggs Benedict Pizza were great! The buffet also looked excellent! I can't wait to go back and try more!

This is one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in the entirety of my 15 years on this planet. The staff were very kind and the food was to die for. If you are in the area, I definitely recommend going to this restaurant if you want fresh, homemade food for an astonishingly low price.
