Bojangles - Versailles

We used to love this restaurant for breakfast. My mom went there last week and asked for a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with the sausage well done. They said ok, she puked forward and paid. When she got the sandwich she checked it and the sausage was not well done. The cashier then said that they weren’t able to make it well done. So my mom asked for her money back.The cashier went and talked to someone. When she returned she told my mom that they would make her sandwich. She just needed to pull forward and wait. So she waited well over five minutes. Then that same cashier came outside and gave my mom her refund.This interaction was handled poorly from top to bottom. When she was at the speaker, they should have told her that well done was not an option. And then they made her wait for her refund just to be jerks for a problem they caused by not communicating. They will not be receiving anymore of my money.

Had chicken breakfast sandwich.It tasted good just surprised how spicy it was.First time eating there.

The biscuits gravy Neal was delicious. My husband's chicken sandwich was alright, just a little overcooked.

Got to the drive thru ordered our food took 15 minutes just to get to the window. Then had to get pulled up so they could drop chicken. That was at 7:00 we didn't leave until 8 :45 never got our chicken. Had two girls on their cellphones laughing and not working. Almost 2 hours waiting along with other people and they didn't to work. Pathetic

Always great food and unlike there next door neighbor in Versailles, alway such a kind, grateful staff that helps swiftly and perfectly with all questions. I think it's the most UNDERRATED Chicken restaurant on earth, Literally. In my humble opinion, this place gets 10 ??????????. Go Here!!!!!!!!!
