Hidden gem in the parking lot of home hardware that we found while visiting Vernon. Heads up they a sign saying they'll closed Dec Jan.We had the veggie tempura sushi burrito, veggie curry don, teriyaki mayo hot dog, Kimchi hot dog, and red bean taiyaki. Highly recommend the taiyaki!! My sister said it was better than what she had in Japan ?

No one would believe me that I got a bowl of authentic tempura udon made by a Japanese person in the middle of the parking lot of a Home Hardware, in Vernon. The mini mochi taiyaki were also incredible.

Visited KT's twice during my 3-day stay in Vernon. They were all very delicious but if I need to pick, I strongly recommend these three. Sushi burrito, Teriyaki mayo dog and curry. OMG, I missed them already ?.
