Baskin-robbins - Vernon Hills

Do not bother. They are always out of a popular flavor, bananas, etc. and substitute their hot fudge with Hershey's syrup. We have given this location so many chances and they always fall short... and don't seem to care.

It's two great places in one billding Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin Donuts are a great place to go and get ice-cream, coffee, donut and muffin's as I really do love the ice-cream cake as well as there milk shakes and there blue Barry muffin's as well the staff are really friendly and extremely helpful as they there best to keep the store as clean as possible.

This location is the best place to get what you crave. All of their food and drinks are freshly made and freshly brewed. The staff members have amazing-top notch service, you can tell they love working there! I love this Dunkin baskin ribbons they always do their best for their customers!!!

I went to this location in person to order an ice cream cake for my daughters' birthday on a Thursday, for pickup on Sunday, 3 days later. The website said to allow 48 hours for custom cake orders so I thought this would allow plenty of time. The order taker took my order for a custom ice cream cake with a Happy Birthday message on the top. The charge for the cake was $41 and I was told to pick up the cake at 3 pm on Sunday. Long story short, the cake was not available on Sunday when I arrived around 3:30 pm to pick it up. The staff member there, a different employee from whom I ordered the cake, called the store manager in an attempt to locate the cake, and I was told that someone had failed to deliver the completed cake to this location. Fortunately I was allowed to substitute the cake with a generic ice cream cake from the cooler, and later on one of the guests discovered a piece of plastic in it! Please be aware of ordering or purchasing an ice cream cakes from this location.

We went here just today. The sign said it closes at 11 PM. we paid for our ice cream and left but we forgot one of ours on the counter. So we barely got 1/4 mile down the road when we turned around to get it. By the time we got there it was closed. That store shouldn't have closed and hour and 15 minutes early. I'm disappointed and hope that the workers that served us either learn a lesson or get wrote up.
