Bidra med feedbackI had breakfast twice while I stay here. we sat on the terrace don Cherry’s), which was bright and clean. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with hash browns on the day a $8) and day 2 I tried the 3 i omelette $15). they were both tasty, which made many fresh quality as I would make them home. the service was also great. I was pleasantly surprised at the consistency and quality of food as it was met and missed in the course of the years. definitiw recommended for a solid no ruffle experience.
Came here to the breakfast while we stayed in the hotel. super nicely furnished for this mini-restaurant in the middle of the hotel in front. the restaurant is surrounded by jungle/ forest by trees that are illuminated with light. on one side the hotel pool is located directly there. there is a really flowing flow through the hotel building that is amazing. the breakfast was super good and decent. our waitress was really good. we have to try the dinner there by the way.
Love it here. Nice atmosphere and great breakfast. A regular spot when I visit Vernon. If you are sensitive to smells please note that this is in the same courtyard as the pool facilities so there is an odor of chlorine and chemicals.
Really sad that I've had to change my review of this place. I want it to do well, but the food has been hit and miss. I've eaten here occasionally over the past three years, and the quality of the food really fluctuates. Sometimes it's really good, other times it is not. What really bothers me though is that, with the exception of our first visit, every time we come to eat here, the staff act as though unprepared to serve us, a party of two to six, well within normal hours. Every time, the host/hostess/wait staff will greet us, then crane their neck with furrowed brow, looking around the mostly-deserted restaurant as though straining to find a place for us to sit. Once seated, the service has always been polite, though we have more often had an inexperienced server who made quite a few mistakes than we have had seasoned servers. I know, everyone has to learn, nothing wrong with that, it's just weird that we keep getting served by people who don't know the basics (though always very polite and eager). The food is no longer worth the price. I would have gladly paid it when they had their old head chef who was WONDERFUL, but now, well I've probably given them their last chance unless I hear from somebody that things have changed. The new facelift on the outside of the building is quite nice. I hope they get their food quality and staff training sorted out, because I really want this place to succeed.
Had Christmas buffet last night and was so looking forward to the meal. It was terrible. Not many options. Salads were in dark so you didn't know what was there. Ham was overdone. Turkey was okay. Desserts were bought and cut up. No coffee or tea out. I will never go back. 51.00 down the drain. And it appeared short of staff. Not impressed.
