Having been to Smith and Wollensky Chicago is the only reason it is 4 and not 5 stars. The menu is focused on steaks with some sea food, and it's good. I asked for medium, and it came more medium-well but not overdone, and I was very happy. Deserts are very good. They have limited hours so check before you go. Reservations are accepted. It is a popular local hangout with plenty of charm. Only 5 min from the expressway and worth a visit.
Ahi tuna was great. Mac ‘n cheese consisted of noodles swimming in a very liquidy cheese sauce. Bread was tasteless. Halibut was dry. Roasted Brussel sprouts were swimming in a very liquidy sickly sweet sauce.
Great food and service. Atmosphere rocks. Sit towards the back and you can watch the steaks (etc) being grilled. Piano player here some evenings. We have had chicken, fish, shrimp, ribs, steaks. All delish. You won't regret your visit. Accessibility? No issues so far!
Nice restaurant. Food ok. Ordered petite filet, medium well... said feel free to butterfly in order to achieve... The filet cut of meat was wonderful BUT was med RARE at best.. still ******! Couldn't even eat it. (I don't send food back, had a bad experience doing that one time) The side salad was very plain basic, and the baked potato was pretty small. LOVE the atmosphere, love the piano.... but for the money, not enough.
