Live Young Kitchen - Vergennes

I had the falafel bowl and it was soooo good! I appreciate that you bake the falafels vs fry them. I also enjoyed the oatmeal cookies and banana nut smoothie and I will be back!!! I wish you were on my way to work: The food is so good that I drive 30 mins out of my way to pick it up before work!

The food is so delicious and unlike most food I eat, I feel so good after eating here. The owner is so kind and you can tell he puts his kindness into his food. It is so nice to find so many gluten free choices. Food like this is usually very expensive but the price at Live Young is very reasonable. This is going to be my go to for lunch now.. Definitely give it a try!

Delicious and healthy food in Vergennes. Most of the items are gluten free and vegan. Great for grabbing breakfast or lunch for work. Would definitely recommend.

We stumbled into this gem in Vergennes not far off route 7 our way back down from Burlington. First rate. Super fresh ingredients. Friendly owner proud of his menu.

Delicious coffee!! Latte half whole milk/oat milk. Yum!
