AU COQ - Verdun

The wait is always an hour altough I live min from there (sometime, you just do not want to go out), the foosd is often cold, they forget my drink time, it is the wrong drink....

For years we have been dropping by or ordering from Au Coq in Verdun.The pick up counter is very fast bilingual and parking right outside.Always specials in the local publisacs so if you want to save a few dollars there is something for everyone.The chicken...as well as the ribs are very good,but the speed of the delivery or pick up is their forte.

Boul Sources I ordered often yet the service is sub par Driver put my food on the front steps floor (Afraid I was going to steal the food or something Ordered again at PM and at PM no food so I called to...find out that order was not even prepared and driver just came to store and it will start now... do yourselves a favour and use another chicken and rib outlet because this au coq has terrible standards

I am extremely upset because nobody informed me that I would have to wait over an hour for my order. When I mentioned this, they claimed that when I placed the order, they didn't have as many orders as they do now. So why hasn't my order arrived yet? After waiting for an hour, they asked if I wanted to cancel. Are they serious? If I cancel and order from somewhere else, I will have to wait all over again. There was no discount, no apology, nothing.

I always have to call back because they either mix up the orders which are quiet simple, we are only two people or there is a missing item. Afterwards you need to wait one hour minimum to receive the missing item. I need to speak...to the manager to always get a refund which they do because I do not want restaurant credit. The food is ok, but just because of the slowness and extreme poor service, I will never order from there again.
