Skalden - Verdal

Was on a trip with work, somewhat insane prices. The steak we got was the size of a child's fist, almost completely raw, not cooked through at all. Useless straw of grass lying on top, and the steak was drowned in a whole first price sauce. The salad was just a decorative salad, could not be eaten. The dessert was a biscuit-cream-and-fruit thing, where the biscuit tasted like cardboard and the cream tasted like air. The only thing that tasted good here were the 2 blueberries on top. This was not a one-off mistake. When there were 35 of us, and everyone got the same bad food.

During the planned st. olav festivals 2022 in this week the service in this restaurant was very bad. long queues, lack of seating and poor food supply, even beer! added to the frustration of the sun or the guests. the administration should be fully prepared for this week. server wastes time to eat the guests. it was as if someone had locked all normal workers into the freezer and replaced them with imposter. in my opinion, the restaurant would have done twice the sale if it had organized more and better trained staff.

We had a delicious lunch in the restaurant after some active in stiklestad. cozy place with seating in free, friendly staff and clean. tasty pizza and pulled wild boar, good size, delicious and fresh with the salad. perfect location for lunch or dinner after many activities for adults and children. the children also like their ice.

The fantastic pizzas of this winter were unfortunately replaced by something far below the average of the same name and possibly also the same ingredients, simply not quite right with the composition. I hope to get the original back. That wasn't good.
