Waba Grill - Ventura

Service no to good take to long to help and the food is not good l order salmon this is the only place l don't like every other waba is really good außer this one

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. I requested to cancel my order because the chicken was extremely dry, but I was made to wait until a manager arrived. I ended up having to take the food because I couldn't wait any longer. It's unfortunate that they would rather lose a customer than fulfill an order properly. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Our order was ready for picking up when we arrived, the dumplings were delicious, and portions were generous.

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the food tastes good, but today I've ever experienced the most rude cashier and her name is Monzerate G. She seems to have a bad day or she's just rude like hell. Only she takes my order makes me unwilling. will never come back to this place until it is gone.

Ordered online for curbside pickup and called when I arrived to check in. I was told the food wasn't ready even though it was several minutes beyond the pickup time on the receipt. They asked me to wait and said that they would bring out the food when it was ready and after waiting twenty more minutes I went inside to find out that the food was already made and getting cold but they neglected to bother bringing it out. I dont mind going inside to pick up but they shouldn't offer curbside if they don't provide it. Staff was unapologetic and rude when I asked about my order.
