Great deal buy 2 get 1 free footlong online order and the two younger girls working didn 't know we were standing in the gas station line right next door and got our two orders and you could hear them complain loudly about how annoying it is people ordered 3 sandwiches, twice in a row. There is literally nobody in there ordering either. Or any order waiting to get picked up. One said now I 'm gonna get hangry now! And then mocking the orders from the receipt papers. Unprofessional It 's your JOB to make sandwiches, do that and don 't complain. We all do work we don 't like sometimes, you never know who 's listening soooo... Alexxia and Lupita are the workers. You can see the annoyance in their faces for small requests. Management can check the cameras to see it was a quick request. Ridiculous!!
I have been going to this particular subway for years! We are we stopped here to pick up sandwiches on the way to the beach as it's an easy off and on to the freeway. I have never had a problem here.... Until Saturday September 5th. We frequent this subway because it is near my work and because we only live a few miles away. The last time, we ordered sandwiches online for curbside pick up. I entered all the information including the color make and model of our vehicle. When we got there and parked... Directly out front, we press the link on our app that said we are here. Then we pressed another link that said something like You are sure you are here. Then we waited and waited and it was well past pick up time. My husband peeked his head inside And asked the girl if our order was ready. She didn't respond so he said it louder. He finally came out with the sandwiches and was very upset. He said she was busy doing something else wasn't paying attention and let us just sit out front waiting. I was so angry that I went up to the door and asked her why she let us sit there. She said we were supposed to call. I said well your app says to click the button that says we're here and she continued to tell me that I'm supposed to call... I asked her if she wanted to see my phone... she repeats it again that we should've called and starts raising your voice to me. I told her I'm 64 years old and I don't appreciate her yelling at me it was rude. She starts complaining about my husband and doesn't like the way he talked to her And that he should be respectful. I don't need a lecture from her and I told her I didn't like her saying bad things about him to me and that he should be respectful. Now what she should've done was say I'm sorry I didn't see you out there or whatever the problem was instead of yelling at us. Everything would've been fine and we would've remained loyal customers. There are subways all over so I have many choices. By the way, they got our order wrong and they toasted my chicken with the lettuce (Which was supposed to be spinach) and cucumber inside, So they were all wilted when I opened my sandwich. We will not be back. Even if a restaurant has amazing food, and is not on every block, I will never return to any business that doesn't show respect for their customers.
