My husband and I stopped in because we went on a date in Ventura and thought it would be fun to go to a store we had never been to before. I thought it was random to have a store that specializes in olive oils and balsamic vinegars, but boy was I blown away by our selections. There are so many different flavors of olive oils and balsamic vinegars to even pick from. We went with the basil olive oil and the aged balsamic vinegar for the sole purpose of bread dipping. The lady that helped us was nice and wasn't intrusive or pushy at all. She allowed us to ask questions on our own terms, which I really liked because I don't like to be pressured when shopping. They have a program where if you recycle your bottles to get refills, you get discounts on your future purchases. They also have other little cool gifts related to wine, charcuterie boards, etc. I am so excited about my purchase. I can't wait to get to the store and find a nice bread to pair this with. I recommend this shop for sure and I can't wait to try more products in the future!

I used to love this shop. I spend about $600 a year here. My last visit was a bad experience. I understand if you are busy but being rude is not ok. The lady who helped me was rude to her coworkers as well. She may be the owner. Not going back, the behavior has bothered me for a week.
