Living Room - Venice

What a great restaurant to get some great home cooking!! I don't know any other restaurant in the area with such a diverse menu. I had the shepherds pie which was delicious. Have made mashed potatoes on top with ground beef ,mixed vegetables and delicious gravy below. My wife had the Turkey Thanksgiving pie with a side of cranberries. Homemade mashed potatoes on top with turkey, gravy green beans. My dish was terrific,my wife's was also very tasty however,some of my wife's turkey cubes were unchewable. The brownie dessert was yummy. Service was spot on. The decor of the restaurant was very unique and well done. I couldn't take a star away for the grisly turkey when everything else was great. We will certainly be back to try other menu items.

I loved my meal and the staff was amazing. The ambiance was subdued. I enjoyed looking at all the interesting decor.

Food was pretty good. Comfort style food, mostly served in bowls. My only complaint was they knew it was our first time there we had reservations and arrived for 5pm. The owner and staff KEPT returning to our table to tell us repeatedly that we had only until 7 the latest because they were going to be turning over the table to more reservations. .. So yes, I ordered coffee and then dessert.

Wonderful place to spend an evening dining in an eclectic atmosphere. The service is fantastic, warm and friendly people who truly enjoy their time with the diners. Now let's talk about the food. Amazing and authentic! Home cooked meals that you forgot how tasty they were! We had the lasagna and the beef stroganoff, which were so delicious. The desserts are home made by the chef every day, and wow they are delicious. Make a reservation, because this place is a known gem among locals

Nice service, good food, intimate atmosphere. It does feel like someone's living room
