El Pollo Loco - Venice

Was there in june of 2015. Amazing food. Had salad and the Cilantro dressing to die for. Bought some for home. My first stop when i go back this year.

Eating great, but I don't understand why this place does not allow people to eat inside. I loved going here during my lunch break until they got rid of seats. Why? Where should people eat?

Reasonably healthy fast food at a great price, plus we had a great time. Our cashier, who was the manager that evening, was a total kick. He helped us sort out our various coupons to get the max out of the specials, and he cracked us up doing it. As is usual, the chicken was done right, and there was a good selection of salsas and other condiments. The place is always clean and the food is fresh. I enjoyed the new tamale bowl and will order it again. So they 're not grandma 's tamales, but all our grandmas were busy and if you don 't have a tamale making grandma, El Pollo Loco does just fine for the price. You won 't find dried out tortillas that are so hard you need a machete. We like this particular Pollo Loco for its ambience ? though there is another nearby. This one has plenty of parking, which can be an issue in that area.

They seem eager not to worry about the quality of food there or the finished orders try to give them another chance, but they failed even more. That's why I'd like to go in or go into the window to check my order before they go because they just seem to put something in the bag with the delivery. If I didn't decide to go with dealers, then call me and let me know that more than one thing has changed with my order instead of just delivered it. before the pandemic never really had this problem, but I guess I never had delivery before the pandemic. But that's still not an excuse. Overall not satisfied with these sites quality of service.

I love that its close to my daughters high school when we lived in s.a. tx all the el pollo loco's were 30 minutes away or farther now that there are closer to us we can eat el pollo loco more often this restaurant was clean and the work staff is are nice and friendly i tried they're churos for the first time yesterday they are very delicious all they're food is always delicious
