Carrabba's Italian Grill Venice

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and offers delicious food. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between $20-$30. Both the food and service were rated 5 out of 5, as was the atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the House Salad.

My party of 4 returned to Carrabbas in October 2023. Unfortunately, we waited over 20 minutes to be acknowledged after being seated, so we decided to leave. We also noticed food scraps on the floor near our booth, indicating that the service needs to be improved. This was a stark contrast to our prior dining experience at the restaurant, where dinner was great and our waiter, Curtis, was very attentive. However, my $10 take-home order of simply grilled salmon turned out to be an overcooked, dry charred chicken breast. This may have been a kitchen mix-up. Overall, the service was lacking, with a rating of 1, and the atmosphere was rated at a 2.
