The Gritti Terrace - Venice

The Gritti Terace was wonderful as always: food good; Service impracticable; and as always the ambience is spectacular and special. Miss the falcon and the falcon this year.

Better than I think.. it’s expensive but u pay to see the chaos and order in grand canal

The highlight of our Venice trip, the service was above and beyond, all the staff was truly kind and friendly, they made us feel comfortable and satisfied with our choice to be there, the views are like none other in Venice, the ambiance sophisticated but relaxed, we specially enjoyed the Bergamot sorbet dessert with white chocolate, and the complimentary pineapple and rosemary sorbet. Top notch experience worth the money.

Outstanding setting in such a romantic city. If your dream is to dine on scrumptious food as you watch gondolas float down the Grand Canal this is your spot. Ask for a corner or window table for the best view and you will not be disappointed. The food was excellent and moderately priced, the wine menu extensive but overpriced. The service was excellent and you are definitely not hurried so be prepared to enjoy a long and enjoyable lunch

A wonderful location at the canal! Best view and atmosphere! Excellent service and great food! We really enjoyed every minute of it. It was one of our best experiences in Venice!
