Omnibus - Venice

One of the best places to eat in venice! we came here two nights and were not disappointed either. eating was amazing and it was also very fast maintained. the customer service was incredible and it was a pleasant experience to eat right next to the canal. I got one of the pizzas in the first night (which was amazing) and grilled chicken in the second night (also very good.) when they stay in venice, they must come to bar ristorante omnibus!

We were looking for a nice Venetian meal and we were greeted by albano who led us to the menu and quickly prepared a table at the canal. this restaurant is located directly on the water with views of the rialto bridge and the actions of the main canal in full view. the seats are offered both inside and outside with heating, for which the weather is cooler. service was excellent to be attentive, but not as in other restaurants with water view. this restaurant is one of the originals in venice and it shows with the service quality that we have been provided by albano and the team. we ordered the appetiser in the octopus salad and the baked skalopps, followed by the nets in the risotto pies and funghi, Venetian pizza, sautéed/steamed mush in broth and the classic Venetian spaghetti with tinten fish. (the mussel flour was a question of our daughter as a change of the seafood on the menu.) the meals were delicious with not one fault. the whole family has perfected and enjoyed. the appetiser were amazing, with the scallops that were perfectly cooked, well seasoned and beautifully presented. the octopus salad was fresh with many pieces of delicate and beautifully prepared otopus on a fresh salad, perfectly dressed and seasoned. the shellfish were plentiful under the generous help of al dente spaghetti, the muscheln were perfectly cooked, with the broth beautiful free to them, the pizza was also delicious and cooked to perfection with the risotto also cooked, skillful, seasoned well and with the taste over our expectations. the price is fair in view of the situation, quality of service, excellent in the meal volume and taste. the whole experience should not be missing for singles, couples and families alike. many thanks to albano and the team there for a wonderful culinary experience in our stay in venice. will definitely be back to learn more about the menu.

We were in venice for a few days with friends and ate here twice. our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 children. all the meals were excellent and the location is wonderful, but the staff made it an absolute hit! I don't leave a cripple, but these people were absolutely great and despise a scream. they were united, friendly and a tonne fun. If I'm ever in venice again, I'll stop in any case to say tony and the band hallo!

As an Italian I can say this place is good to eat. Me and my girlfriend ate here and it had nice and light meals with good service. Just the price was a bit too much for a small bowl of pasta but it was delicious to be honest.
