I came here with my mother, and then also brought my wife on another trip. Definitely agree with the other reviews on not so friendly. Just tell them what kind of coffee you want. Very good English spoken.

Stopped for a bite to eat and drink. Had a pepperoni pizza, two pastries, two sprites and two beers €37 in total. Food was tasty and good portion sizes. The Birra Moretti La Rossa was particularly good. The staff were polite and efficient but not overly friendly and not rude.

We had breakfast twice at this place. The service was nott saying super, but the food whas really good. the prices wher saying high for what it whas. but i find this all over venetië. prices don't match the value of food. Good for breakfast but will not stop for my lunch or diner.

AVOID THIS SCAM SHOP. It's a TOURIST TRAP! Zero stars if I could! Venice was amazing for me overall until this shop ruined my experience. I should have checked the reviews first before going in Find better food and drinks and ice cream anywhere else but here. The prices are too high for mediocre almost bad food. We only saw on the inside of the shop that the prices of the food and drinks were different if we sat down! Too late for us! It should have been made apparent outside the shop. So disappointed and angry. I should've know when they said they didn't accept cards. Ended up paying €10 for a mini cup of the worst hot chocolate I've ever tasted and a fried wrap which tasted a bit sour. I think it was already on the verge of becoming bad. Basically walk the other way when you see this place!! It was a lesson for me ALWAYS LOOK OUT FOR HIDDEN COSTS IN ITALY. if in doubt, just ask. There is no shame in asking if there is extra charges. Exercise your customer rights!

Tried to avoid the rain and came in here. The cannolis are terrible. Avoid!!!! Just paid $4.5 for a cannoli each and $2.50 for an espresso. Please don’t come in here!!!
