Absolutely lovely bar. Friendly staff and a spot right the canal so you can watch the barges fighting for who goes under the bridge first. Tasty food. Cold drinks. Garden is amazing with the vines growing over the entire area for natural shade.

Had a dinner there and we were very disappointed. Lovely setting, beautiful garden and a pleasant enough staff but very inexperienced and slow. Our mains arrived before the wine. The owner was more interested in talking to his fiends than making sure things run smoothly. Pasta tasteless, with minimal ingredients, in my case, 1 prawn in the whole dish, burnt bacon, very al dente courgettes. pasta with courgettes, prawns, tomatoes and bacon . Just poor! Would not recommend it.

We loved this, ate tonight and had pasta, salad wine water and then dessert. We met the owner who shook our hand on leaving. The ambiance was LUSH beautiful garden area and right by the canal. Nothing bad to say. Partner wants to go back tomorrow!!

Very good eating with large portions, very nice waiters who are always ready to do something and the cost are not very high if they do not book, they risk waiting outside, even for an hour .

Good food and nice atmosphere. service was friendly.
