Buffalo Grill Saint Ouen - Vendôme

Fearable, rude and lazy staff, maximum service standard and bad food. Don't take a chance. The only good is the parking lot.

The slowest service I've ever had. It took 30 minutes to see our presence and bring menus to our table. I guess they were busy, but we were ignored for most night. When the moderate steaks finally arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes for the wine we had ordered earlier and reminded them about 3 times. Go to the Chinese next door instead!

I appreciate they were busy but we were ignored for most of the evening. Nous y allons très régulièrement et les commentaires ci dessous ne sont pas toujours très objectifs. C'est vrai qu'il y a eu une période de flottement (délais assez longs, plus de patates pendant des mois etc...) mais franchement, nous y sommes retournés la semaine dernière : rien à redire. La serveuse était super. On a eu nos tapas en même temps que l'apero (et ça c'était pas gagné avant), la viande cuite comme il fallait, et une excellente ambiance. J'ai passé vraiment une super soirée.

2h pour manger plat + dessert .. Plus en adéquation avec le concept. Pensez à prendre du personnel en plus....
