Ce Cher Hans - Vendenheim

It had been years since I had not come to Hans’ house, I had a very good memory... and for this return and well I was not disappointed!!! Quality dish, and everything is fresh and homemade. The pies are excellent, in aperitif it is top!!! The bites to the queen are divine and very "fines" they do not lead the stomach as one could imagine for a dish of the genus; the Rosbif honors this traditional Alasacian dish. When staff are particularly friendly and reactive, I congratulate. A very strong recommendation for this restaurant that is worth the detour to eat in a quality Alsatian tradition restaurant.

Home Nickel , correct meal but I already taste softer meats

Very good tart. The service is ultra fast. Anyway nothing to say super traditional restaurant.

Alsatian cuisine at the top, places like this are getting more and more rare.Repas copieux et gourmand .
