Bidra med feedbackFriendly we were greeted by the paciello husbands when we placed in the hotel kimmeskamp in front of place on a beautiful and white table we ordered the recommendation of the day. lammkarré al pesto and in a zucchini dish with a bottle montepulciano rosé. perfect and 5 points for the kitchen! it was a beautiful evening with a cozy, relaxed and discreet atmosphere. we still read from woman paciello to a dessert talk! chocolate soufflé on espressocaramel everything in everything, a beautiful and successful evening. we recommend this before place to our friends and well known and certainly were not here for the last time.
The Italian restaurant in the hotel offers in addition to a selected pizza and pasta card also unusual dishes of good level. There are canines, wolfsbarsch and steaks of good and fresh qualitty. next to the menu there are tag recommendations, the selection is sufficient and qualitatiw high-quality, the service attentive and accommodating. also the une are good. the environment is individual and well maintained, in the summer they can sit on an area. in the friendly atmosphere they always feel good.
With a group of 20 people we visited this restaurant after the reservation. for us, a small additional space was arranged beautifully, which otherwise serves as a smoker area. unfortunately we could only choose from a strongly shortened card, but each of us had found something suitable. after a little more than 1 hour, the food came gradually. in the ordered salt plates it was designated lt. card: large salat plate with brush breast and champignons had unfortunately the number of salads not received champignons, in the demand was said: look at, there are many olives, that is a good thing. an ordered carving was completely burned, the service meant: this is high quality Italian cuisine, that is exactly right. a burned lasagne was also commented. we had expected at least a plausible explanation or an apology, but unfortunately it was worse than the payment was directed back to the panns, the commentary of the service was: an apology? They did not apologize for the fact that only 20 people came instead of 24 and they blocked our smoking room all night, our other guests could not use it to smoke. that is really not hospitable. Unfortunately there were actually 4 people who did not appear, but that is not a reason to be so restless. especially because we have always been friendly and friendly by our complaining. I never felt as involuntary in a restaurant as here. therefore my conclusion: once and never again
My first restaurant criticism has the reason that in a restaurant never something like happened today. I was together with a friend to visit the descendants and we went to the first best restaurant. we ordered two pizzas. first the friendliness was acceptable. After the service staff was only rarely present, we asked after 90 minutes waiting for our pizza. If the service was not competent, the cook came out of the kitchen and asked who ordered a pizza. I said kindly that I don't want my pizza anymore, because now 90 minutes have passed. without waiting, the cook choke chokeed us with pressing (A*loch, gay,) threw a chair around and proved us under the scream of the restaurant. If I hadn't experienced it myself, I wouldn't believe it. probably there are quite different problems. I am certainly not a nörgler and left the restaurant quiet. a simple apology for the delay should have been enough to solve the problem from the world. my conclusion: never again, not recommended!
So first of all, you have to say that the ristorante paciello is just fantastic. my friend and I had been thinking about visiting the nevigeser dom for a long time and there was a visit to the paciellos. as soon as you enter the paciellos you feel at home, the ambiente takes one immediately for itself. During the dining room one relocated into the original neviges 100 years ago the bar area is more modernly furnished. the service also convinces immediately by courtesy, competent but also by humor. but most important: the kitchen. the paciellos awaits with both German and Italian feeds and can score all around in both spartens. my friend had chosen the gans with marons and marzipanapfel, so a typical German court; I had decided to drink fatucine with bark fillet tips (the card is written both Italian and German, which makes the whole very authentic) we ordered an excellent montepulciano from the rich wine card of the paciello, which fits perfectly to the appetizer, an antipasto misto. the main course, however, was the high point of the evening, both for markus and for me. the gans was tenderly crispy on the outside, but on the inside on the exact point. markus regretted never having eaten such a good gans, so he quickly moved to the choir of his mother-in-law. also I can sing only one loblied on the fatty acid: the bark fillet tips were tender and tasted wonderful, which also applies to the homemade fatty acid. I like to cook passionately and supposedly very well and I have to say that I rarely enjoyed a comparable taste experience. the portions themselves were optimal, just large enough to fill the magen but not exaggerated, so that enough space for the dessert remained, a simply wonderful millefoglie. (a sweet, Italian cream in leafy, whose preparation is considered not quite simple) who now suspects that the price of the hook on the cache is deceived: the price-performance ratio is true. all in all, paciellos is a restaurant that we can recommend without restriction. heart, susanne becker and brandus
