Swiss Chalet Rotisserie Grill - Vaughan

I normally don’t write reviews on restaurants, but I must say this Swiss Chalet in Vaughan has consistently let me down when it comes to ordering. I ordered tonight and they told me that “they had no double leg chicken dinners left.” How can a place that’s business is chicken, have no chicken?? This was not the first time either. I would award no stars but I have to give at least one on this post. If you’re thinking chicken in Woodbridge, order from somewhere else. Service and menu absolute horrible. Final thought..you’d think on a Saturday at 5pm dinner rush, swiss chalet would have enough chicken to go around. Hope this helps the next customer when thinking of placing an order.

Wasn't too busy when we went it and we were really happy with our orders. I ordered the chicken sandwich with a side poutine and the servings were very generous. The space is small but cozy and the taste is consistent.

Came here tonight with family. Service was quick and food was great! Thank you to our server Garinie for making our experience even better!

Excellent service from out server Anthony! Good spirit solid service! I don’t visit often but when my Mom-in law needs her Swiss Chalet fix its great to know Anthony is around!

I have never in my life been at a Swiss Chalet establishment that did not allow my wife and I to get a Double Leg chicken ? dinner. Which is clearly still on the menu. And reason we got from waitress was shortage on dark meat But you can order a quarter chicken dark. ????. I even asked to order an extra quarter chicken dinner dark meat. But because I would he eating 2 pieces of Dark meat, I was told No! For dessert, tried to order 2 cheesecakes, only to be told only 1 left..... I guess there is a shortage in cheesecake as well. Unreal. They lost a customer. I hope corporate can defend this and make me understand. Will definitely be reaching out. Horrible for an establishment like Swiss Chalet.
