Hero Certified Burgers - Vaughan

Both Maple locations confirmed that they serve gluten free bread and patty but all cooked on the same grill. No separate toaster or grill for gluten free. Staff is not educated in celiac. One of the locations actually said their fries are gluten free. I was very sick after I ate there.

Yes it had GF Bun but awful taste in burger and really upset my stomach and my hubbys Fries were good but not sensitive fryer

A fantastic gluten free bun for a delicious burger. A little disappointing that there isn’t a dedicated fryer. Definitely cross contamination happening with fries and tempura.

This branch is Hero Burger's most courteous customer service in Toronto, also their burgers are halal and very tasty. We recommend it as a family.

Raj, who was working the late night shift was super attentive and excellent at her job. She went out of her way to accommodate preparing my meal within a certain time frame. Her customer service skills are admirable, which I appreciate very much. Also met the owner who was very friendly even at such a late hour of the night.
