Went for a quick evening bite last Monday and went out of my way to go because I always love Mucho.Everything was mostly fine but I was so disappointed with the fact that my bowl was half empty. I was in a rush so I didn’t say anything but less than half a bowl, a burrito and a canned ice tea for 33$? I felt ripped off. Hopefully this was a one off.
Love mucho burrito. Always friendly staff even when lack of staff for rush hours. Delicious food made fresh. A great take on a fast food version of mexican dishes
By far the stingiest burrito bowl I ever had from a mucho burrito. Paid 17$ and I was completely unsatisfied with the quality and especially quantity. Would not go back or recommend to a friend.
*update* i finally was able to get hold of the manager, he was very apologetic and corrected the issue for a future visit. I 've put it to 3* 's and will update again after my next visit. Lesson learnt is to open every box and check everything before leaving the restaurant.Visitors beware, The staff has completely given up!I hadn 't been in a while but I remember the first time I went, what an amazing experience. Yesterday, the complete opposite! I ordered online as to make sure they had time to prepare the order, (there was only 1 other customer when I arrived) wasn 't complicated, 3 chicken taco 's identical, 2 more shrimp with identical toppings, 1 steak taco. I got 3 shrimp and 3 chicken....fine, mistakes happen (can be forgiven). I also ordered a side of 4oz guac, I specifically asked to make sure it was there when I arrived to pick up the order. I was told it was in the bag with the chips...got home, no guac! He knew it wasn 't there, there is absolutely no way he didn 't, I saw him pack the carry out bag! The chip bag was stappled close, either he put it in or he didn 't. We took 3 trio 's....got 1 small bag of chips, I think it 's safe to assume that he forgot the other 2, and he would have sent me without salsa if I hadn 't asked as well. A complete lack of care or concern for the client. I called back and I 'm still waiting on a manager or owner to return my call, nobody is answering the phone today and there is no way for me to know if the same incompetent employee actually wrote down my information.Another great place lost to a less then ideal employee. Somebody needs to be fired, I can forgive mistakes, not deliberate omissions.
