Bidra med feedbackUnfortunately, our first attempt by wings will be our last. the suppe was literally inedible, gloopy, claggy and tasteless. dry. the rest was quite inspected, even the honighühnchen and I thought that everything deep fried could not be so bad. I thought the chefs usually taste their food before they don't leave the pass here, clear.
I wish I could give less. I picked up my order in 10 minutes. When I arrived, they were carrying two pieces of luggage. I asked my food and he said I'm sorry I should be here in 5 minutes. I said my order should be ready and he said he was out of tear. when I asked about my meat dish, it was not started. I was offered to nudels that I rejected, and they locked up the load and left the delivery. this is probably the worst service I have seen in my 17 years in sydney.
If I could give this a zero star, I would eat everything in the müll :
Tdlr: order from the website, there is a delay for ordering to go, not panic, wait and then phone to confirm order when a man show restaurant, has disadvantages on the head: fast and cheap very salty has many msg in the food, very thirsty after eating my quality. where do I start? So I ordered a few times from here. normally via the phone with the guy we even picked up once. had never really problems. to tonight. we have made plans with friends for a big takeout night, as I received a 20% discount voucher that was sent to me by txt. we have placed a large order on their website (as it could be specified I could only use the voucher there.) I have to say here that I accept some user experience problems as not in the position to add an element to checkout without on the browser cookie button (a button block another one) and also need to create an account to place a order. that added my frustration definitiw. after the order I realized that I forgot to add an article to my order and decided to call it to add it. guy on the other end says he has not received orders about the website and that he has not received 20% off me, only 10% off when I can order by phone. he also insisted that I instead order through the food apps and that the 20% had nothing to do with him. I was quite shocked and surprised so I thank you for having a look and hanging up. it was all very stressful after I had tried a job for approx. 40mins now to sort. I finished ordering chilli home thai on uber eats, as their prices are quite similar and they are in the very fast. I had some pretty hungry people in my living room, I included. When my eating came from eats, I get a call from the kerl of wings asking where I am to pick up my big order. To be honest, I said that I had ordered someone else, as he told me that he had not received my order before. he muttered a little bit over idiots and hung up. Now I'm not so heartless, I'm pretty aware he's running a man show. he manages all commands, cooks them and delivers them and has a language barrier. I don't know what his drive or his motivation is, but I have to say he works hard and has moxie. I understand that he is probably frustrated and his understanding of technology is not the best. but it was quite confronting and stressful for me personally tonight. most people would be after trying to pamper a dinner party, two big shows and several miscommunications. in general, eating is good ok, but much salt msg in it. customer service is good if without hiccups, but not good if the dinge don't go.
It is a 2.5-star rating. the lamb was full of grisle and taste was just ok. the spicy meat was a little better.
