Villa Vignola - VASTO

A table on the terrace overlooking the sea was a perfect location for a relaxed, high-quality dinner. I had a carpaccio of tuna followed by grilled monk fishing. The monk fish was excellent and was somewhat similar in taste and texture to a perfect...cooked lobster. The wine list is extensive and the local wines cheap. The staff was professional and attentive. There are English language menus that are helpful.

I must say that the best is... the location (this is really wonderful). The menu is standard (a lot better menus in Vasto when we talk about fish) and the presentation can be much better... even the quantities... Waiting time is absolutely not...acceptable (appearance main dish... almost 2h) owner approach is not oriented for a restaurant that wants to be a little more, and this is probably one of the worst things. ... Let's see for the future

Excellent innovative fresh seafood served on the terrace of this quiet boutique hotel with magnificent views of the well maintained gardens and the Adriatic Sea. Service was very good, serving exactly right when you have a 3-4 course meal. Very good wine list also with reasonable prices. In fact, the whole meal was an excellent value for money. During our stay we noticed that many of the clientele are actually Italians who live in the route. Great option if you want to enjoy excellent seafood in a non-tourist location with a wonderful atmosphere. Good for a romantic meal two or families.

Beautiful house hidden in a quiet and green environment, with a restaurant offering an awesome seaview. We stopped there almost randomly, on a road trip from Puglia to Bologna. The beginning was quiet formal, because as one enters the restaurant, he faces a wall full...of portraits of celebrities who have been there. Then the owner, a former football player, welcomes you aboard and everything becomes easy going! We were more than satisfied with the excellent quality of seafood. Great experience. We decided to stay for one night in the hotel.

Posto fantastico, struttura veramente ben curata, in una location di alto livello, ambiente che profuma di mare e relax, servizio eccezionale, piatti con sapori ottimi, può bastare? No! Perché l'atmosfera che ti lascia villa Vignola, è un'atmosfera che ti rilassa e ti fa stare bene! Ma ora passiamo alla ristorazione, antipasti di una freschezza e di una ricerca da non sottovalutare, consigliato l'antipasto freddo, con pesce davvero eccezionale, primi con pasta fresca superlativi, secondi da capogiro e per finire una fritturina delicata che è davvero un'armonia di sapore, sottolineo che la frittura è davvero buona e merita di essere presa! Per tutto il resto che ho omesso per quanto riguarda questa location, affacciatevi e sentite il profumo del mare! Consigliatissimo per un pranzo, per cena o per un tuffo!
