Bidra med feedbackKitchen VEGANA I had the pleasure to go back to this restaurant by kind invitation of the owner and chef, to taste a 100% vegetable-based dinner, after a past wedding. Dinner was made up of all the courses that include a wedding menu. It will forgive me if I don't remember all the composition of the dishes, but they were really original and well processed. However the photos speak for themselves It started with an aperitif, consisting of a fake olive with almond hazelnut, a chips, and from crispy fresh vegetables snacks served with nut algae cream, then continue with cold and warm appetizers. The Cold Antipasto included a mini burger with mayonnaise to the almond and pepper (good), hummus of chickpeas with bietola, and barley with tofu and Tagiasche olives. While the heat consisted of porcini mushrooms, the gomasio (at the center) and another vegetable whose name I do not remember but was super! With pasteled pumpkin flowers. Then follow with the first, quinoa al pesto with zucchini leaflets, and gnocchetti with the best (and healthy) vegetable ragù of the classic one. The second is a vegan cotoletta on a potato bed with Babaganoush sauce (approved for the first time and was exceptional) Concluding then with a almond-cooked cream with raspberries and a coffee granita and elder accompanied by a savory caramel jam. What do you mean? The chef has a gift, that is to transform foods into unique compositions, sublime for the palate, able to send the taste buds into visible. And here the chef Alessio managed great. My most sincere congratulations I invite everyone to experience this kitchen, will surprise you as much as it can be rich and varied. With this quality the convium excels as a vegan proposal on many and many other restaurants! Recommended!
The occasion was an envoy to a wedding, I found myself in a fabulous location, first hill of Vasto with spectacular sea view. Restaurant at the height of the situation both for food and service, impeccable and under the careful and courteous vision of the property. Lovely clean and very well-structured place, cherry on the cake, the beautiful background pool set for aperitif and cake cut. Lunch to remember, a succession of culinary refinements. I was in this very elegant structure with breathtaking panoramic views, well maintained and clean. friendly and helpful staff. great buffet with a remarkable selection of fish raw, the proseguo did not leave me the sign. in my modest opinion too many elements in a dish do not bring the exaltation of the goto, indeed anything else, but the goto is subjective. in any way thanks for the hospitality . scrupulous observance to the norms covid. 19
Lovely place with excellent cuisine. I loved the buffet of appetizers, at no cost, excellent combinations of flavors. courteous and helpful staff, very welcome the presence of a blonde and smiling girl in the room. very positive experience, I will remember with pleasure the convium of vast and recommend the visit to all.
