Jersey Mike's Subs - Vapi

Sent the wrong food via delivery on Feb 15th. I don’t even get reimbursed for the full amount of the item and it’s impossible for me to get the correct food without me paying another 20 bucks delivery fee and tip etc. Crazy.

There was an issue with our coupon not being applied properly in the POS-The manager came over to help, and she was absolutely lovely and so helpful. Thanks so much for the great customer service!

I was disappointed with the subs at this location. I've eaten at a couple locations now. Most of the time the sandwiches are well proportioned. The big kahuna sub here was very lacking. It seemed like they gave us the contents of a regular on a large sub. They also didn't put any mushrooms in.I'll try ordering again here, but if it's the same quality I won't be getting food here again.

Went around 2 pm for the first time because of tv ad. Very disappointed,very ordinary sub only two choice of cheese and not a lot of condiments to choose from. But the worst was the dirty slicer and the staff did not even attempt to wipe it before slicing my meat. Too expensive for what I got.
