Bidra med feedbackOverall a good dining experience. Prices are as expected for a hotel restaurant. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. I highly recommend the whitefish (siikaa) and reindeer pastrami appetizers which were both very tasty. Also had the chef's recommended main dish for the evening which was a pasta with baby shrimps in a light cream sauce which was also quite good. The wine and cocktails selection, however, is quite limited but does not take away much from the total dining experience. Would definitely recommend to travellers staying in the vicinity of Helsinki Airport.
I had a normal lunch here on a regular weekday. It has started with a ruccola salad (slightly salted, with seeds; I would have loved eg. some pumpkin seed oil on it) then quite quickly followed by the main course in this case it was a Glazed breast of turkey with corn risotto and spinach gratin . It looked good and it was tasty, the meat portion was good, but the corn risotto part was very very small. The service was quick and friendly.
Main course was tasty and service was fast ! Reason for not giving 5 stars was the 6€ water that was offered when we arrived to the restaurant without telling that it will cost extra.
Quick and easy. Interesting food choices for maybe some Americans. The smoked ham croissant comes with butter instead of mayonnaise. And the chicken sandwich comes with cornbread topping on your roll. For dessert, the eclair was a bit different but very good. Prices were very expensive. $46 for two lunches and two desserts.
Very slow service, not tasty food, kitchen smells of burning, felt extremely overpriced, only positive was a nice waitress.
