Max Erma's - Vandalia

Let me begin by saying that I rarely write reviews, but this one was absolutely necessary. My server was a total nightmare. She was inattentive and seemed annoyed when I requested plastic utensils because the others were dirty. She never checked in to see if I needed anything. I definitely did not enjoy my time here. And the food was subpar. And make it so bad, they were gossiping for other guest. Bad for business for sure.

Manager is horrible! She lacks social skills. Can't watch news channel. Made sure to let me know she was the manager. ....I guess that's why no one else was in the place. Food was average. I would have had a few more drinks but I'd rather sit alone in the gate area.

Woefully understaffed. If you don’t have a whole hour to leisurely wait for service then food, move along.

This place is terrible. Subway make better burgers than this place and they don’t even sell burgers. As soon as the burger touched my tongue I threw the tray away. Arby’s taste better than this place!

Walked into the airport location and right away the lady verbally attacked me and my wife. Say started with can you read the sign that say wait to be seated. So we waited for like 10 minutes. She finally comes back and says she has no tables, so a gentleman was leaving a high top and says they can have mine, she continues it doesn't matter I have six tables to wait on and they'll probably not get any service. 3 other couples walk out while listening to her bad attitude and comments. I travel through Dayton once a month and this has been the worst service there. If it wasn't for being the only open spot, most people wouldn't put up the attitudes of most of the wait staff.
