Bidra med feedbackThe food at this restaurant is fresh and flavorful, especially the pork noodles and roasted duck. The service is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend it!
We stopped by this restaurant on our way home from the ferry. It was quiet when we arrived, but started to get busier as dinnertime approached. They served us a lovely tea as soon as we sat down. Waitstaff was attentive and we ordered a large beef noodle dish and a spicy noodle soup, both with thick noodles. The spicy soup might not have been the best choice for us. The beef was tender and they also had delicious pickled cucumbers that added a nice flavor to the noodles. The prices were reasonable and we even took some leftover noodles home for later. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.
After receiving a glowing review from Nancy Leson, a food writer for the Seattle Times and co-host of Food for Thought on KNKX, a local NPR affiliate, we made a special trip to this restaurant. Perhaps my expectations were too high, resulting in disappointment. The food was well-prepared and the service was very good. However, with so many excellent oriental restaurants in the area, this one did not particularly stand out. If you happen to be nearby, it's worth a visit for a good meal, but it's important to keep your expectations realistic.
Surprisingly long menu, more than just Taiwanese noodles. we have also brought ourselves Taiwanese style chickenuggets ~ way better than anything mcd ever brought out, they do not need to bury in any sauce to mask the aromes. they can also have it sharp. next time, very good too.
There is not too many place for late night eats in Greater Vancouver area after or pm. Wang's open up till or pm in the evening. They serve simple Taiwanese beef noodles and dishes along that line. Parking space is limited...especially during lunch or dinner hours.
