I ordered up a bagel, coffee, and a water. She charged me .20 cents for a cup of water. I thought the gouge was removed? I asked her about it and she was told to do so. I thought they didn't do that anymore.......

This is one of the best Timmys I’ve ever been to, and it is 10000% due to the staff.I come here a lot and I think I have interacted with every single FOH staff member… they are all so great. They are so efficient and polite, patient and hard working. They all deserve a raise. I’m not saying that lightly!Seriously, owners/management, consider giving everyone on this team a $1 raise (at least!! . It’s such a shame that I can’t even leave them tips (which is also why I’m advocating for a raise!! .They work together so well and consistently treat all the customers with respect.I’ve worked at a Timmy’s in the past and I know what the job entails. The employees here are just so great : Not to mention that it does get pretty busy here, and this doesn’t change the patience or efficiency demonstrated one bit.Thank you to the staff for being amazing every single time <3

I don’t understand if their closing time is 8 why do they say they can’t make something which have been ordered by mobile app around 6:45 just for wedges and cheese melt they accepted the order but at the time of pick up they said we are closing soon so we couldn’t make itslike wts wrong
