Bidra med feedbackVery busy Starbucks Reserve location. Visited 3 times within our week vacation and tried several drinks (affogato, chocolate cream coffee) which were pricy but good.
I went there to pick up the drink I ordered on the app. When I went there to pick it up, I was standing at the pick up area. However, no one came to help me. So, I decided to check if the one drink I 'm seeing is mine. That drink was mine so I took it and then the employee finally paid attention to me and annoyingly said what is your name when I was walking away and told me to tell my name to them next time so I said okay. But who could i say when they were avoiding eye contact.I get that they are busy but If they don 't want customer to check if their drink is ready by themselves, they should come to us first or at least tell us that they will help us in a minute instead of getting mad at the customer who is just grabbing their own drink.
I came this place twice. Im from Seattle and I know that Starbucks Reserve and good drinks. So I wanted to try it in Vancouver.I tried original hot coffee in the morning and different cold drink in the afternoon. But it was not good, very bitter taste, and threw it in the trash. I wondered if the taste was so different between Seattle and Vancouver.Also counter service lady was not nice and no suggestion when I asked questions about drink.The store is spacious, but there isn't much seating space.
For a place that was super busy, with a 10-person or so line up, they were great at keeping the line moving (at my visit)!Ordered a hot coffee with cream; it was the safest option for my current diet. It was good, although my taste in coffee may not be as refined as some people for coffee.First impression of Starbucks Reserve:Definitely a fancier Starbucks; they have a more exclusive menu not found in a regular Starbucks franchise. Leather indoor seats, more stylish interior, dark stone accents on the wall.I'm not quite knowledgeable with the other perks this location has, but it's left me with an impression that it's a very boutique coffee shop. Has indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of space, however plenty of customers as well.No complaints; I got a coffee, I grabbed a seat, and left once finished. Friendly baristas, very good at getting the drinks out timely. I only waited maximum 5 minutes for my drink.
I had their hazelnut bianco latte, it was delicious so I came back again. Ordered PSL, no ice. I got less than a cup full, talked to the barista, she said it is like that, it's their company policy ... then she added a little ice for me. But the drink is still not reaching a cup full. How disappointed for a drink cost me almost $7
