Pink Elephant Thai Restaurant

We landed on this road to visit a load and had not eaten - that was the only place close so that we went. ohmygoodness it was delicious and amazing service. the salate shells were the best I had. nothing was too spicy and everything. shameful! when we are in vancouver, we take the family!

First I had to look for a person to sit, and when a guy (who was probably manager) saw me, he only showed up on the table where I should sit. When I wanted to command one, I called a few times he saw, but didn't react to do something further behind the counter. he didn't even realize he saw me and showed up. After he finally got up, he commanded him without saying a single word and went. eating was quite fast. but there was a short hair. had no time to reorder, so it had to eat. when I let the same guy know about the haare, he only said "oh sorry" while paying me the machine. not offering a discount or something, while I paid, he just walked away and didn't get up until I left my table. unfortunately I left the top of habit. should not have left any for this type of service. on the bad service I had a stomach pain almost an hour after eating. definitiw will not come back.

Unprofessional staff. the part is now smaller and eating is dirty. every time I order, it's different. no resistance. very disappointed. my friends had similar experiences.

I went out of the restaurant pinkj elephant today after having waited more than 45 minutes without seeing my order or any communication from the personal. after about 20 minutes my colleague got her meal, but my was not a show. they seemed to be much too busy to command and not to eat of us. when I canceled my order and we were greeted with a bill for those of us, I have praised never to visit this restaurant again. two people eating together should eat at the same time. the at least what could be offered is a supplementary meal for the one we managed to be served. poor management, bad service. I can't complain about eating since I've been regularly in this restaurant for many years. I have always found the vegetarian options to be tasty, but the service has often left much to wish. this recent visit was the greatest contempt so far.

Mediocre, somewhat disappointing food. Service was good relatively fast friendly, lunch menu reasonably priced 11) with a good selection, but Pad Thai was lacking in both taste and texture, and the red curry, supposed spicy, was not at all, but it was more...flavourful than the Pad Thai. Thai iced tea was standard fare (same as everywhere else). Going online, I see that this restaurant is part of the Thai House franchise, which has gone downhill over the years, so it's really not surprising. No wonder so many of their locations are now gone. In a pinch, this will suffice. But for better-tasting Thai, hit Sala Thai at Burrard and Smithe.
