Absolutely brutal customer service. We used to love this place. Unfortunately, my friend was not able to attend as he injured himself. Being only able to contact the owner the morning of (we were not within the window to get a refund), my friend politely asked that he provide a refund given the extenuating circumstances in which he refused due to a loss of revenue . I then proceeded to call, and told him we would not be coming back to his establishment, given his lack of customer service. and he promptly hung up on me. You shoud have more compassion for your customers if you expect them to return. I will not be coming back ever.

Contractors be aware this location not pays the bills for service calls.

Food was surprisingly really good with a somewhat original take on typical pub food.Service was friendly and helpful.Games really fun with well maintained equipment.

Who ever answers the emails is a terrible person. Not worth going to use their greasy over used clubs and eat their well below average food!
