Old Beijing Roast Duck - Vancouver

Ordered from the dine out menu. All the food came at once instead of staggering all the courses so by the time we got to the main course it was lukewarm. Friendly service though.

Pretty poor value... had better ducks elsewhere for way less...

Very slowly serving dishes and no explaination for the delay

My girlfriend and I when here for Dine Out Vancouver and we had a fantastic evening. We tried both options on the menu and we were very pleased with what Old Beijing had to offer. The roast duck was stellar, and probably will be heading back for a go at their full menu. Only thing that I could suggest is that they could do with a 'how to eat Peking Duck ' as it would help new comers to your delicious Roast Duck. The decor makes for a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere and the kitchen looks like it would be a pleasure to cook Peking Duck in. This coming from a chef that has cook roast duck at home. The seating was a little uncomfortable the booth seats are lower then the chair seat making the people in the booth feel like a kid, and the back of the chairs are too hard so dig in a bit.

Very good and authentic food, but terrible service— the servers were unhelpful (even rude at times), none of the food came in the right order, and they even forgot to make two of the dishes we ordered
