Nick Sushi - Vancouver

I placed a late-night Uber Eats order close to closing time and requested a substitution in a combo order, which unfortunately got mixed up. The restaurant called me to inform me of the mix-up and offered to bring the correct item even though they had already closed for the night. I was unsure if substitutions were even possible when ordering through the app, so I was incredibly touched by the restaurant's kindness and thoughtfulness. The nigiri they brought me was delicious, and overall, the sushi was fantastic. The service was exceptional, especially considering the distance between my house and the restaurant, as well as the late hour. Thank you for going above and beyond!

The restaurant offers great value for its large portion sizes.

Fantastic sushi at a great price. This place is just as good, if not better, than the overrated Toshi Sushi on East 16th. I would give it 5 stars if they used Mirin in their rice, as it doesn't seem to be noticeable.

The sushi at this restaurant was excellent. Although the venue is small with seating for about 12 people, they also provide takeout options.

I ordered two rolls for takeout and was informed it would take 30 minutes. Upon returning, I was told it would now take an additional 15-20 minutes. This was unacceptable. I asked for a refund as I had a hungry child at home, but my request was denied. The rolls had not even been made yet.
