McDonald's - Vancouver

Be warned, this review may not be appetizing. I walked into the restaurant and it seemed like someone had either vomited or had a bathroom accident on the floor just 5 minutes before (they were in the process of cleaning it up). It was a unpleasant start to my visit. Nonetheless, I decided to still get a vanilla cone because I was really craving it and it turned out to be pretty good. However, the strange part was that the cone was wrapped in a paper towel which ended up getting onto the ice cream, making it a bit messy. I've never received a cone with paper towel wrapped around it before. Despite the initial unpleasantness, the service was quick and the workers were friendly.

That employee John with the long hair and glasses deserves a raise! He provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The delivery service from this billion dollar company is terrible. They always forget to include condiments with the order. To make up for their mistake, they offered me 6 free nuggets, but I had to go to the restaurant to pick them up. I had already paid for delivery and courier fees, so having to go in to get my original order was unacceptable. Uber only reimbursed $2 for the mistake, but 4 sweet and sour sauces cost $1.60. I had ordered 40 nuggets, so I needed 8 sauces, which wasn't even covered by the reimbursement. Furthermore, I would have to pay for delivery fees again or go back to the restaurant to get the missing items. This was not the first time McDonald's has messed up my order.

Absolutly disgusting. 0 stars Hair in my food and the staff was rude and completely reluctant to replace it. Absolutely disgusting location. We wanted to dine in but All tables and chairs were dirty. We didnt even bother asking staff to clean we knew it was pointless after to even ask we knew they would simply be rude and not clean them well... This McDonald's is for meth heads only. Even if you are drunk do not go here. Go to any McDonald's except for this one. Absolutely horrific service and food. 0/10! 0 stars I know it's a mcdonalds and shouldn't have high expectations but this one is horrible avoid at all costs. I'd rather eat s Truly to put in perspective I've gotten in contact with corporate about this location... it was THAT BAD.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely DO NOT bring your kids here. All they will see is strung out drug addicts and and drunk homeless people. Very sad place to see for a child

Not too much complaints for fast food downtown, good location and convenient.
