Bidra med feedbackWhen I researched this place, I found information stating that the microgreens contain 40 times more vitamin E, 3 times more beta-carotene, and 30% more protein compared to traditional greens. This knowledge makes me feel healthier just by knowing that I am getting more nutritional value in the same volume of food. I am not a fan of salads, but I truly enjoy these microgreens. I consider myself lucky to have access to them. During a recent trip to LA, I was unable to find a similar establishment offering these fresh and nutrient-packed greens.
Living Produce Aisle is a unique concept that is strategically located in Yaletown. Just as the name suggests, it features "living produce" that is still growing when purchased. The restaurant follows the Zero Mile Diet concept, meaning the produce is harvested mere minutes away from the establishment. This proximity has been a great benefit to many nearby restaurants, allowing them to access the freshest ingredients just a short distance from their kitchens.
As the temperature rises, bikini season approaches, bringing along feelings of body insecurity and the desire to shape up. For those of us who are a bit lazy, this doesn't entail hitting the gym. Instead, it involves making small changes to our diet, such as choosing healthier options and incorporating more vegetables to give the illusion of being in shape. Juices are my go-to shortcut for tricking my body and eyes into thinking I'm ready to rock that two-piece swimsuit.
Living Produce Aisle is a new and unique shop in Yaletown that offers fresh smoothies and salads. The ingredients are so fresh that they are harvested just seconds before being prepared for your specific order.
We were not really sure what that was first, but it looked very fascinating! many fresh plants and herbs that grow in refrigerators, and then we went in and got ourselves a beautiful Acai bowl. the lady was polite and made everything fresh for us, and there is a small seating area on the back. they had many salads and smoothies on the menu and all sound very fresh!
