Indigo Age Cafe - Vancouver

The food was surprisingly delicious. The price was on the high side, but I can see how difficult they would go through to make them. Service was good. Tea was on the weak side, and of course the vegan milk does not work well with tea, but it was the nature of vegan stuff, so no discomfort. Oh, the mushroom soup and avocado lime mauspie were delicious

Excellent vegan cuisine and very friendly people. Not quite cheap, but worth it. Try the cabbage rolls, Pierogis and the berry cheesecake!

The food was delicious! It was a cute and cozy little place with interesting decor. two of the table bases are old sewing machines and you can still actually use the treadles. Gotta love that. Our server who I suspect may've been the owner was very personable and explained all the ingredients to us. It was a little pricier than some places but it's a small restaurant, can't seat too many at a time and the tent can't be cheap there. Also the ingredients are fresh, organic, local when possible etc. I feel the prices are justified and will absolutely eat there again. It was a pleasure!
