Bidra med feedbackWe came to brunch twice and it was phenomenal. this time we have Saturday night reservations and we all went out. I got a strawberry limonade and she got two maple old-fashioned that she said were amazing. we started with the otopus (picture) and it was perfectly cooked. the greens and potatoes with which it came were fresh and perfect. she has the meat dish and I have the skalopps and garnel. we have freed all food from our tellers. it was honestly the best meal we had all year round. You know, looking at a look, the prices at the top end, I understand. but after tasting these dishes, I swear they could charge ten dollars more for everyone and I would still pay. we finished the night with a churro (picture) and it was great. a total of only ten out of ten nights.
It was all so good that I didn't get pictures. I didn't expect so much to eat! we have the pfirsichsalat, which was fresh and tasty. the roasted cauliflower was seasoned for dying and perfection. the salmon was perfectly cooked with a crunchy skin and delicate carrots. the banana cream pee was fancy and the crust was delicious. will be back after our orange theory classes! brand was also a wonderful server and everyone was so nice and friendly.
The Spanish fish pot $40) was amazing! tons seafood with spicy sausage in a tomato sauce with a nudel base. crab fondue $28) was also really delicious. it says it serves 2 but we added extra brot and it was a perfect starter for 4. Cream brulee was underwhelming. the maple old-fashioned tasty.
Super friendly and smiling staff greeted us immediately at the door. After a quick chat, they had us seated in no time! This was a very visually pleasing restaurant with great vibes. The outdoor seating looked awesome too! Place was packed! (I would recommend getting reservations! We started by splitting the smoked salmon and avocado benedict. I get benedict’s everywhere to see where they stand on my scale. Let me tell you the hollandaise here was INCREDIBLE!!! After asking for a side of more sauce, I dipped about everything I could into it and left nothing behind! (Photo below is one of our split portions Next up was the Challah French Toast. Came with 3 generous slices of toast covered in huckleberry compote and bourbon caramel. But don’t forget about the vanilla gelato melting over the top. Bread was great, and the dish even comes with bacon! Win!! Wife got the Pancakes and LOVED them. They we’re very very tasty. Perfectly dense yet light and moist. House made lemon curd was nice and zesty! Went well with the compote! And this dish comes with bacon too! Drink order was an Arnold Palmer and Iced Coffee. The AP was perfectly balanced. Tangy yet sweet. And my iced coffee hit the spot. Chefs kiss’ Great job Elements Crew!
Elements was suggested to us and we weren't disappointed. The service was enthusiastic and helpful. The entrees were artistically presented and delicious. I had the King Salmon with mung beans and kale. My wife had the vegan roasted black futsu squash. The sauces for both dishes were awesome. If you're in Vancouver I highly recommend Elements.
