Choices Markets Yaletown - Vancouver

The elections have long been my grocery store. They have a wide range of vegan friendly products, great products and healthy foods. All that is not for sale is a little expensive, but the product quality is very good.

I needed a good supermarket while staying in Vancouver and that was a great option! All you need, and many healthy and organic options.

Large shop, some products is organic, well filled deli, beautiful salad bar with weight, finished packs and hot soups. Store-made hummus in several varieties – I really liked the black olive version. Everything you would expect in a health food store. Friendly staff. Preferred shopper cards for discounts and collection points. Some articles seemed expensive; watch for sales and managers discounts.

When I went to this place in the door, I literally kept on my tracks and wondered about what was before me, it seemed too good to be true. It turned out that it was too good to be true. This is a great place with a variety of products on offer. It is not a health food store, it is a great expensive deli that happens to contain some health foods under its supply. The first problem for me is that it is not exclusively Vego. This is typified by the essential butchery section. There are meat products available througout other parts of the shop. Secondly, this is not a place for a bargain. $4.49 for a liter of soy milk? $3 for a Veg Samosa? Someone laughs all the way to the bank. I went to the sandwich counter and asked if a sandwich were vegan veggie? I was told that it wasn't anyone, but if I wanted, you could be made of humus and salad. I decided. The bread was 2 slices of a bread cut every day. I was charged $6 for the privilege. The most useful for this place are the opening hours 8 am to 11 pm 7 days a week, so you could come practically. It is located in downtown on Richards St. Overall, very unimpressed.

While I was staying in Vancouver, I was in need of a good supermarket and this place was a great choice! They had just about everything I needed, including a wide selection of healthy and organic options.
