Twigs Bistro And Martini Vancouver

We appreciated the flexibility in our reservation since we got stuck in traffic. The food was excellent. The ambiance probably better outside, but it was too hot. Our server, however, took a long time in between our drinks served and our orders taken. She was also asked to bring a glass of wine and never returned to do that or to check on this. This, despite the fact that the dining room was not busy.

I was excited to try the chicken, bacon, and avocado ciabatta sandwich, but unfortunately, the chicken was extremely dry and practically inedible. It was a disappointing experience. On a positive note, the Rose wine was delicious.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, our server, and the quality Halibut special.

I was in Vancouver for an appointment and met up with Portland friends for lunch. We wanted to try two new menu items: the Burrata Salad and the Thai Chicken Flatbread. Both are a nice change from our usual choices. The Flatbread could use a little more peanut sauce. We sat outside with a crisp glass of Rose wine. Nice.
