The dasher notified me that they “are out of cookies” and the employee didn’t bother to call and let me know if I wanted any other kind.When my order was delivered, the avocado from my sandwich was missing. The sandwich was not toasted, and a straw for my fountain drink was not provided. Had to take the lid off and drink it that way.The delivery was late as well. But not the dashers fault- they had texted me to tell me that when they came to pick up my order there was no one at the front. Finally after 10 mins an employee came out from the back.Completely ridiculous service. If you can’t take online orders seriously, don’t offer the service.
Subway has gone to rotisserie chicken. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch today my overall favorite and as they started making it I commented on the type of chicken they were using. I was told that they have changed to rotisserie style. I went with it since sometimes change is good and it was the most disgusting sandwich I have ever attempted to eat (I managed to eat about a quarter of it before I tossed it in the trash). The flavor was awful, the texture gross and the chunks of chicken looked like roadkill. I am not going back to Subway. Sure, there are other sandwiches to order but how long until they totally screw those up also?

I and my wife really enjoy this special subway great service and an extremely clean unit it is also open 24 hours a day!
The food was the quality we had expected. the service was not the quality we had expected. we had to remind the employees who had had run a personal discussion that our roasted sandwiches were cold.
