Mcdonald's - Vancouver

I came to Washington for a visit from California and decided to stop off at Mickey Do’s to grab a bite to eat. The order was placed, then about 7 min later the employee calls our number. Upon looking into the bag of food, the fries wer the color of brown suggesting the fries were old and reheated in to grease. I stated to employee, I wanted fresh fries. She then informed me that it would take 3-4 min before they were ready, so I requested fresh sandwiches. We then received our order and got in the vehicle. I should have looked in the bag before I left, the fries were still brown suggesting they cooked potatoes in old grease, the fish was so dry, needed mayonnaise to make it moist, the lettuce was welted from being old. It’s a shame that McDonalds has gone up on their menu prices and given wage increases, yet the quality of food has diminished in size as well as taste. McDonalds use to be the best Fast Food in the world, with their signature Iced Tea, now.. I believe this experience has changed my mind.

If you like French fries better order 2 of them! They never fill the fry containers at this location…

Have gone to this McDonalds several times and have had good service until today. Went thru the drive thru ordered and when got to the second window for food the employee at the window handed me two drinks that were not ordered, then got mad at me for telling her the mistake, slammed the window in my face while saying things under her breath. Did finally receive the correct order with a rude Here you go .

The taller guy with the higher pitched voice, Josh I think, is CONSTANTLY down-talking customers and other employees. I eat in for lunch fairly commonly, and whenever he is on staff he really kills the mood, and he needs to cut it out.

The fillet o fish I got was super hot and fresh, and well constructed, literally looked like a commercial. Tasted great and took my special order into account. The employees were super friendly and a sweet lady even smiled widely and said “Bon Appetit” as she handed me the food. They got through the line fast too. Top notch fast food experience.
