Elements Diner - Vancouver

The food at this restaurant was innovative and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it. The staff was extremely attentive, providing excellent recommendations for dishes to try. Despite the casual cafe/diner setting, the quality of the food could easily be served at a more upscale restaurant for a higher price, and customers would still feel they are getting great value.

I discovered this gem on OpenTable. After seeing mixed reviews, I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. The staff at this restaurant take pride in preparing their dishes with care. The special Udon bowl had a delicious broth with both pork and beef that were braised to perfection and incredibly tender. I highly recommend giving this place a try and taking the time to savor the dishes that are served to you.

The service was terrible. There were 7 tables in the room and our food took an hour. I gave them one star because they at least gave us a discount. One person at our table received cold eggs and ham. The new And bad Dr Seuss.

Eating was ceratiw and excellent, and really well appreciated. the personal was very attentive. they offered great suggestions for menu items that we could enjoy. it is a very casual caffe/dining room atmosphere, but they could serve the same eating in a fancier place at a higher price and the people would think that they get great value.
