El Jefe Birria Tacos - Vancouver

The Birria Quesadilla Plate is fantastic. I always forget to leave reviews, because most places are decent but nothing to write home about. The food tastes fresh and incredibly well seasoned. The salsas are all delicious, my favorite was the Habanero. The Consome 12 Oz is banging as well, was considering not adding it because I was just getting food for myself and its a lot but its NECESSARY. Best Mexican food in the Vancouver/ Portland area. If flavor town was a place, El Jefe would be its mayor. This place slaps so incredibly hard. I will absolutely be back.

Pico De Gallo was just a cup of onions. Quesabirria was dry and bland. Chips were fine, Rice Beans were fine though the beans werent cooks all the way through. For the price, just not worth it.

I have an unhealthy addiction to the Birria. I highly recommend eating here, amazing quality, great prices!

I ordered the Bean Cheese Burrito it had no beans or cheese. We paid for pico never received it. This place has no credibility, all three times we have ordered their has been items prepared wrong or missing.

I tried the Quesabirria for the first time. Very tasty, just the right amount of heat. The meat is so tender. Very generous portion ... enough for 2 meals or 4 snacks for me. My only sadness is I am sodium restricted. The first bite, I could taste salt. Unless you are not sodium restricted, I highly recommend!!
